Information on Andrew MacKay
Thank you for your interest in possibly partnering with Andrew & Ann-Marie as they seek to join the YFC / Youth Unlimited Staff.
The form below is not designed to collect funds at this time. The goal is to determine if there is adequate deputation underwrite support available so that YFC can confirm Andrew's appointment to the position of the Prince Edward County YFC / Youth Unlimited Director.
The YFC / Steering Committee in Prince Edward County has set a target of September 30th for pledges to be received. If adequate support is pledged, then Andrew will begin with YFC by November 1, 2007.

Determining your level of support and method of giving
YFC / Youth Unlimited has a successful ministry track record in the Quinte Area with over 60 years of service to the community. We believe that for ministry with teens to be effective, it needs to be long term. We have a minimum 5 year commitment from Andrew MacKay. We are asking that anyone supporting him also consider that their support be for a minimum of 5 years. We understand that un-for-seen circumstances may arise that may alter that commitment. The success of long term ministry has been how we structure or support for the YFC worker. Almost 80% of all of our support comes through a monthly pledge system. It could range from as little as $10 per month up to $500 or higher. We understand that some cannot pledge monthly support, but we encourage any gift toward his support. All gifts from Canadian and US supporters receive a TAX RECEIPT.

United States Partners / Support letters have gone out and we ask that you either use the response form in those letters or we would prefer if you could use the form below because it will help speed the process. With our partnership with YFC / International in the United States, we are able to provide you with a US Tax Receipt. Please note that any funds must be channeled through the YFC / US office, NOT the Canadian office. For the purpose of determing the level of support from the US for the MacKay's, we would ask that all correspondence (not funds) come to the Quinte Office. To send funds for Andrew's Deputation, it has to be sent payable to "Youth for Christ" to:
